Management

The management function of LIA is managed by Chief Executive who is overseen by an Executive Management Team, consisting of the Chairperson of the Board (or a representative of the Board from time to time), ex-official Treasurer of the Board and Service Manager.

LIA Trust Governance

In essence, the Chief Executive is the Trust Board's only employee, and is accountable to the Board for the performance of the organisation-on how well the Board's aims are being met and the limitations not violated. Other staffs are bought on board to assist the Chief Executive with this and are accountable to the Chief Executive.
